Marketplace Functionality
The basics
The SpacePath Marketplace works differently than current NFT Marketplaces. In order to get an NFT minted on our site, artists will need to submit media to then be voted on by the SpacePath Governance Token holders. Only the top voted work will be minted onto the SpacePath Marketplace.
Votes will be directly proportional to the number of SpacePath Token a given user owns, but will be capped per submission to prevent any user from having too much influence on outcomes.
Collectors will be rewarded in SpacePath Token for participating in voting as well as for owning and holding NFTs (see Marketplace Mining). Artists that get voted onto our site will have their work minted free of charge and will receive 100% of the sale, with zero transaction fees.
